To help us provide the best possible experience for you and your guests, we highly recommend making a reservation in advance—especially for larger groups.

Booking ahead allows us to:

* Reserve seating for your group

* Schedule our team in advance

* Ensure your party runs smoothly

Reserved guests receive priority seating, whenever possible.

Because seating is limited—especially on weekends, holidays, and during busy hours—we cannot guarantee immediate seating for walk-in groups.

What’s Included in the Party Service Fee?

To help us provide the best possible experience for larger groups, a 15% Party Service Fee applies to parties of 6 or more guests.

Your Party Service Fee includes:

* Reserved seating for your group

* Advance preparation of materials and supplies

* Dedicated staff assistance throughout your visit

* Setup before your party and cleanup afterward

* Additional support to help ensure a smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free celebration

How to: Cream Glue!

  • Step 1: Select your item

    Our menu is full of different potential products for your decoden project! Which one will catch your eye?

  • Step 2: Pick out your charms

    Customize your craft with our variety of adorable charms for you to choose from!

  • Step 3: Pick out your cream glue colors!

    What’s your favorite color? Make it a part of your creation!

  • Step 4: Plan out your design

    It’s always good to plan ahead, right? See what fits best and we recommend taking a photo so you can remember how to put it all back together!

  • Step 5: Start piping!

    We’ll show you a brief demonstration on how to pipe cream glue and then, it’s showtime! Remember, if you need any help during this part, we’re here for you!

  • Step 6: Add on your charms!

    If you took a reference photo for your charm layout, now’s the time to break it out! Otherwise, place them how you want them!

FAQs

  • Cream glue typically takes about 3-5 to fully dry. There is no curing process, it just needs to air dry at room temperature. If you were given a takeout container with a lid, please make sure you remove the lid so your item can dry faster.

  • We do offer this service; however, it is not required. You are more than welcome to take your item with you after your appointment, but please remember to keep it in a safe, cool and dry environment for proper drying. Those who choose to leave their craft with us, please note we will only hold your item for 30 days; failure to pick up may lead to your project being discarded. We will not offer any refunds/redos if you fail to pick up on time.

  • Our standard craft appointments are 2 hours long. We allow a grace period of 15 minutes, however, your time slot remains the same. (Appointment scheduled at 4:00PM would end at 6:00PM.)

  • No! Though cream glue may appear like frosting and some charms may look like food, none of this crafting process is edible! For this reason, we ask that any children participated are always accompanied by a responsible adult.
